Here you can get vouchers for all ATG Entertainment events: whether musicals, concerts, shows or other special events, they are the perfect gift for lasting memories.
You can redeem your voucher for a wide range of selected shows, which you can find at www.atgtickets.de.
Shows at the Cologne Philharmonic Hall, as well as those in Austria and Switzerland, are generally excluded.
Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were issued.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. However, any remaining balance will remain valid for the duration of the gift card’s validity period. Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply a gift card retroactively to an order that has already been placed or to combine multiple gift cards.
The voucher can only be redeemed for and therefore does not apply to the external “Tickets & Hotel” offer.
Standard shipping, including processing and service fees, is 5.90€ per gift certificate.

Before completing your booking, select your preferred shipping method. You can choose whether you’d like to receive the voucher as a paper ticket by mail or print it out yourself using Print@Home.
